Paolo Fresu & Omar Sosa will stage a courageous show which, through music, aims to investigate the pleasure of taste and conviviality, also reflecting on the importance of healthy eating and the global situation of food on the planet, shedding light on a topic extremely current. An enterprising project, created by a team capable of changing the more traditional way of "feeling" music. On the one hand the experience of Paolo Fresu, one of the most important names in music of the last forty years; artistic director of the "Time In Jazz" festival in Berchidda, he stands out for the realization of projects that mix jazz with ethnic sounds, world music and contemporary music.
On the other hand, the lively artistic generosity that distinguishes Omar Sosa, composer and pianist globally considered an original and courageous artist. His music stands as a cosmopolitan center within which different cultural traditions intertwine that originate from Afro-Cuban rhythms mixed with sounds from Western Europe and the Mediterranean.
